[Job Summary]

- Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service in line with contract and SLAs

- Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance of the Distributor

- Monitor Goods Movements and Stock Movements within the 3PL

- Drive process improvements across local supply chain

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics

- Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements

[Key Responsibilities]

- Monitor 3PL KPI to meet the service level agreement

- Support operation issues and requirements from internal/external stakeholders

- Report and track NC/CAPA

- Monitor KPIS & NIMS operation

- Conduct self-assessment to maintain J&J compliance

- Participate global/regional projects

- Redressing operation process governance and management

- Manage VOC (Voice of Customers) including inquiries and complaints and establish preventive action in relation to issues. Respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ inquiries from the phone or any other channel promptly

- Process non-sales orders (Sample, Sample Return, Warranty, Inspection, Donation)

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Bachelor’s Degree or above (Majoring or experience in warehouse and distribution field & customer service is a plus)

- Problem solving skill

- Customer (internal and external) driven approach

- Exercises Good Judgment and Drives Change in continuous changed Regulatory environment

- Strong work ethic, integrity, and respect

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required

- Communication skill in English language required

[Summary]

The Maintenance spare parts coordinator is responsible for coordinating spare parts materials for the Maintenance. Responsible for assisting in the determination of inventory levels; minimum/maximum quantities; and the requisitioning, storage, issuance, and control of spare parts.

[Key responsibilities]

Ensure that maintenance and other users have available, when and where needed, the necessary spare parts required to operate the Plant.
Coordinate the efforts of other users, purchasing, and accounting in determination and maintenance of inventory levels and determination of and adjusting of minimum/maximum quantities.
Maintain and is responsible for updating the Maximo inventory database.
Follow up and expedite spare parts requisitions to assist in the timely delivery of spare parts.
Maintain an adequate system for physically locating and storing materials. Set up and maintain a system for controlling the issue of spare parts.
Ensure that spare part rooms maintained in a safe, orderly, and clean condition.
Receive all spare part required for operations and maintenance of the Plant. Pick and have available when required, all spare parts for work orders listed on the daily work schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

[Requirements]

Minimally basic degree in Science, Engineering and Technical subjects
Ability to work very disciplined and accurate
Excellent computer proficiency e.g MS Office, CMMS
Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution
Knowledge of GMP operations preferred
Strong team player also in interaction with external suppliers
