1. 포지션명: IT Business Analyst

2. 업무 내용

• Serves as a liaison between the IT & Business Functions.
• As part of the Local Market Korea IT Team, support Functions in the Korea market.
• As part of the Regional Zone AOA (Asia, Oceania, Africa) IT Team, collaborate with AOA IT Hub in Sydney and India.
• As part of the Global IT Product Team, brings deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing Business Functions and advises on the best solutions.
• Translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements, then plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IT solutions.

3. 지원 자격

[Must Have]

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience of business analysis with SAP systems in functional areas such as Finance & Control, Supply Chain, Technical & Production, Human Resources, etc.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
• Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area
• Project management experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with self-motivation and be a solid team player
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline such as Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, etc

[Nice to Have]

• Business experience in the relevant functions
• Understanding of Data Analytics and tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
• Understanding of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
