포지션 소개

  • As a Talent Acquisition Researcher Associate, you will be responsible for providing a well-rounded research experience to a wide range of positions as an embedded partner to the business. We’re looking for a researcher to identify top talent in this space and partner with recruiters. You will be helping to build teams that are core to growth, success, and innovation.

 

주요 업무

You will:

  • Research: You’ll utilize not just Linkedin but deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to your hiring team.
  • Evaluate: You’ll screen candidates and evaluate a candidate’s technical skill set and match it to the right role. You’ll utilize those screens to determine motivations, interests and a candidate’s values and make decisions on their fit into our unique “freedom and responsibility” culture. 
  • Partner: You’ll work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets.
  • Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

 

자격 요건

You are:

  • You have at least 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience and continue to challenge yourself to grow by picking up new, innovative sourcing techniques regularly.
  • Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice.
  • Curious and love going beyond the surface level of a profile; you research market trends and don’t rely on just a keyword search to find the niche talent.
  • Accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • You’ve hired for niche, high-caliber engineering and/or data science talent; you don’t stray away from the challenging roles.
  • Able to push-back when necessary and provide candid feedback to others.
  • HR, 채용 관련 경력이 아니더라도 리서치 업무를 깊게 해본 경험이 있으며, HR 채용 커리어 개발에 의지가 있는 분들도 환영합니다.

 

근무조건

  • 계약기간: 1 (비즈니스 상황  업무평가에 따라 연장여부 결정하며최대 2년까지 근무 가능
