Job Purpose
We
are currently looking for a Retail Manager as part of our dynamic team and
directly reporting to the leader of Korea PFS, the candidate will supervise the
stores in designated area to develop the business, maximize operational
efficiency, achieve sales target and other KPIs and will have the main Goal to
improve the positioning of the Brand within the market.
Core Accountabilities
·
Monitor the market and the movement of major
clients & competitors to find new development opportunities
·
Support store’s achieve its annual sales target by
implementing prompt and effective commercial actions in line with the PFS
strategy
·
Monitor daily operation, make budget plan, set
incentive target & service level target on a regular basis.
·
Support finding and making improvements to increase
efficiency and achieve KPIs
·
Support analyzing sales forecast and direct store
managers to make plans for actions to achieve team’s Goal
·
Support store managers management ; to support
various activities such as motivating retail staffs, planning and executing
staff development and evaluation.
·
Support and get involved in new retail staff
recruitment and management. Finding potential candidates and taking part in organizing
training programs with merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising Team will be
one of the roles.
·
Support communication with the Landlord and relevant
party to build long term relationship and share business plans to expand
business for the future on better terms.
Requirements
·
Diploma or bachelor’s
degree qualifications (business administration major preferred)
·
Experience in fashion
industry retail part is preferred
·
Positive and
proactive attitude
·
Strong organizational
and time management skills
·
Excellent knowledge
and use of Microsoft office products (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
·
Good English language
skill

ü Suggest market trend and connected retail activities to keep sustainable

Communicate
with stores, SM, MD, EC, CSR, SC and APAC(HK) to operate work efficiently.
ü
Analyze
sales, sales forecast, market trend, store event, merchandise sales, inventory
and on/off market.

Retail IT
related work (Screening included, Potoo and upcoming 3rd party)
ü
Lead
connected retail activities, omni channel to keep sustainable business growth.

Co-work
with RL partners (internal teams and APAC).

Develop
under-developed business models, new normal activities and new business model.

Develop
and distribute reports to cross functional team with measurable KPI analysis:
daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual
ü
Weekly
bullet, snapshot, shop-master creation, retail summary (One pager), DSF review,
merchandise report, sales by dc rate, BSR sales report and ad-hoc report.
ü
Forecast
(rationale included) by channel (WK2), Daily Forecast by brand (WK3), Daily
store target (WK4)
ü
Sales
analysis part of Monthly merchandising report
FP template update, KR internal DSF review and managing
Requirements
ü Experience in related field preferred
ü University Graduate or equivalent
ü Excellent computer skills (excel, powerpoint)
ü Good communication skill
ü Good interpersonal skills to build partnership with store line and
corporate partners
ü
Strong English skill
(both written and oral)

Core Accountabilities
1.
Support Pre-Season Wholesale Buying
- Manage wholesale order master by brand label,
via monitoring add/drop/cancel sku before the final order pool has confirmed by
International team
- Assist and prepare seasonal buying session
- Support wholesale buyer in creation/ selection of appropriate
assortment
- Assist to build price structure of each season/ brand label/
classification
- Adapt and edit provided buying/selling tools
- Monitor super season market calendar and consolidate/support the order
entry
2.
In-Season Wholesale Operation
- Monitor and track the delivery schedule, communicating with APAC
IBO/International team, KR MD&RO team to manager delivery status
- Manage KR wholesale inventory and assortment
- Partner with APAC/KR Ecom teams to deliver product assets on time and
ensure that all product details are accurately presented on partnering
on/offline sites
- Arrange digital asset/POP image for each account, working with digital
marketing team
- Recap and analyze monthly selling trend
- Assist the store opening and pop-up store, being aware of key looks for
the season and support the brand vision throughout presentations to partner’s
site
- Arrange schedule and support store installation and visual presentation
with accounts
- Manage and return defect product, communicating with DC and store
- Check sample buying schedule, track delivery status, list up all the
samples and maintain showroom by brand label
- Invite accounts and arrange the schedule for showroom visit
3.
Corporate Sales Development
- Manage existing account to maximize product offering and build the
strong partnership
- Search/manager available inventory and develop E-catalog
4.
Business Development
- Understand regional business trends
- Assist in new project/account launches
- Monitor real estate trend and research the retail/pop-up/temporary site
Requirements
- Experience
in fashion retail or wholesale preferred
- Excellent
English skill (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent
organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong,
client-service mindset
- Good
interpersonal skills to build relationship with internal teams and business
partners
- Good MS
Office program related skill
