The primary function of this
role is to perform the full spectrum of human resources functions in Seoul’s
BGC Office.
- Be the first point of contact
for all HR enquiries
- All
processes related to new hires/ transfers/ leavers including preparing forms,
drafting the relevant documents and following up for countersignatures on Monday.com
- Maintain
employee records (both internally and globally) to make sure they are up to
date, keeping up with probation and contract end dates and notifying managers
prior to those deadlines
- Ensure
compliance of HR practices with local legislative and regulatory requirements
- Generate periodic reports for
Asia Management regarding Korea employees
- Produce weekly reports for Korea
Management on staff absences and business trips
- Advertise
job openings, process resumes and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Manage
all aspects of payroll and benefits (working with an outsourced payroll
provider)
- Prepare all necessary annual
mandatory training required by the government
- Organize and support annual
company activities (Charity Day, workshops)
- Set up and adjust limits for
corporate cards
- Perform other ad hoc
assignments as required
