국제학생지원실에서는 본교 학위과정 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 '국제협력본부 마스코트 및 로고 디자인 공모전'을 실시합니다.

1. 공모전명: 홍익대학교 국제협력본부 마스코트 및 로고 디자인 공모전
2. 공모전 취지: 외국인 유학생을 관리·지원하는 국제협력본부의 정체성을 반영한 디자인을 유학생이 직접
제작함으로써, 본부와의 유대감을 강화하고 친근함을 제고하고자 함.
3. 공모전 내용
가. 참가 대상
(1) 참가 단위: 개인 참가
(2) 참가 조건: 외국
국적의 서울캠퍼스 학부 재학생 중 특별장학금 수혜가 가능한 학생
- 직전학기 성적경고자 또는 15학점 미만 취득한
자는 신청 불가
(학기 재수강으로 직전학기 성적을 삭제하였어도 삭제된 성적을 기준으로 함)
- 초과 학기자 중 10학점 미만 수강신청으로
수업료를 일부만 납부하는 경우 신청 불가
- 휴학(예정자 포함) 또는 징계 중인 자는 신청 불가
나. 참가 방법: 제작한 디자인을
파일로 제출
(1) 디자인 내용: 홍익대학교의 상징과 국제협력본부의 특성을 조화롭게
표현한 마스코트 및 로고
(2) 파일 형식: svg,
ai(목업 사진 첨부 시 PNG로 추가 제출)

나. 우수상(1명): 500,000원
다. 장려상(4명): 각300,000원
※ 상금은 특별장학금으로 지원하며 학부 장학금
운영 규칙에 의함.

가. 수상작은 추후 국제협력본부에서 진행하는 외국인 유학생을 위한 기념품, 자료 제작에 활용할 수 있음.

2025 Fall Semester Hongik University
International Student Contest
The Office of International Student Services is pleased to announce the “Mascot
and Logo Design Contest for the Office of International Affairs”, open to
all international undergraduate students at Hongik University. We look forward
to your participation!
1. Contest Title
Mascot and Logo Design Contest for the
Office of International Affairs, Hongik University
2. Purpose of the Contest
This contest aims to strengthen the sense
of connection and familiarity between international students and the Office of
International Affairs by inviting students to design a mascot and logo that
reflect the Office’s identity and mission to support and manage the
university’s international community.
3. Contest Details
A. Eligibility
- Participation Type: Individual only
- Qualifications: International
undergraduate students enrolled at the Seoul Campus who are eligible to
receive special scholarships
- Students who received an academic warning or earned fewer than
15 credits in the previous semester are not eligible.
(Even if the previous semester’s grades were deleted due to retaking
courses, the deleted grades will still be considered.)
- Students who are in extended semesters and have registered for
fewer than 10 credits with partial tuition payment are not eligible.
- Students who are on leave (including those planning to take a
leave of absence) or currently under disciplinary action are not
eligible.
B. Submission Method
Submit your original design file via email.
- Design Theme: Create a mascot and
logo that harmoniously represent both Hongik University’s identity
and the characteristics of the Office of International Affairs.
- File Format: SVG, AI (If a mock-up
image is included, also submit it in PNG format.)

※ Prizes will be awarded in the form of special scholarships, in
accordance with the university’s undergraduate scholarship regulations.
7. Additional Information
- Winning designs may be used in future promotional materials and
souvenirs for international student programs organized by the Office of
International Affairs.

弘益大学国际学生支援室将面向本校本科课程的外国留学生举办“国际交流本部吉祥物及标志设计征集大赛”。
欢迎广大留学生积极参加！

弘益大学国际交流本部吉祥物及标志设计征集大赛
2. 大赛宗旨
本次征集大赛旨在通过由外国留学生亲自设计能体现国际交流本部身份与使命的吉祥物和标志，加强留学生与国际交流本部之间的联系与亲近感。
3. 大赛内容
A. 参赛资格
- 参赛形式：个人参赛
- 参赛条件：
首尔校区在读的外国籍本科生，且须符合特别奖学金申请资格
- 上一学期被学业警告或修得学分不足15学分者不得申请。
（即使因重修删除成绩，仍以被删除的成绩为准。）
- 延长修读学期的学生中，如因选课少于10学分而只缴纳部分学费者不得申请。
- 休学中（含计划休学者）或受处分中的学生不得申请。
B. 参赛方式
以电子文件形式提交本人设计的作品。
- 设计主题： 和谐展现弘益大学的象征与国际交流本部的特征。
- 文件格式： SVG、AI（如附带模型图，请另提交PNG格式文件。）
