가. 외국인 유학생 도우미(Helper) 및 도움 받는 학생(Helpee)

 

 

★기준C란? 

    입학 시, 한국어능력 부족으로 학부 과정 휴학 후, 현재 본교 국제언어교육원에서 어학연수 중인 외국인 유학생

 

나. 도우미 (Helper) 장학금

 1) 금액: 1인당 최대 600,000원/학기 (시간당 12,000원, 최대 50시간)

 2) 지급 기준: 활동 기간 내 제출한 활동보고서에 대하여 내용 검토 및 장학금 지급

 3) 지급 시기: 매학기 활동 시간에 의거하여 활동 종료 후 학기말 일괄 지급

 4) 활동시간 초과분에 대해 지급하지 않으며, 학부생 봉사시간은 최대 15시간까지 인정함

 5) 학부생의 경우, 본교 장학금 지급규정 제15조의 2(장학금 지급 기준액) 및 제17조(이중 수혜금지)제1항에 따라, 지급 기준액이 당해 학기 수업료를 초과할 수 있으며, 

   이중수혜(중복지원)가 허용됨 

 6) 대학원생의 경우, 대학원 장학금 지급규정 제 15조의 2에 따라 지급 기준액이 당해 학기 수업료를 초과할 수 있으며 봉사장학금으로 이중수혜가 허용됨

 7) 우수 도우미 특별 장학금 추가 지급

  - 도우미 활동에 적극적이고 성실하게 참여한 학생을 선발하여 '우수 도우미 특별 장학금'을 추가로 지급.

  - 선발 인원: 학기당 5명

  - 지급 금액: 1인당 300,000원(도우미 장학금과 별도로 추가 지급)

 

다. 도우미(Helper) 신청자격

 1) 학부생

 - 직전학기 성적경고자 또는 15학점 미만 취득한 자는 신청 불가

   (학기재수강으로 직전학기 성적을 삭제하였어도 삭제된 성적을 기준으로 함)

 - 학기초과자의 경우 10학점 미만 수강신청으로 수업료 일부 납부자는 신청 불가

 - 휴학자(예정자 포함) 또는 징계 중인 자는 신청 불가

 - 신입/편입생은 첫 학기 신청 불가

 - 교내 모든 봉사장학생과 중복 지원은 가능하나 외국인 유학생 도우미는 중복 불가

   (국제언어교육원 도우미 및 교환학생 버디와 중복 불가, 1명 학생이 2명 외국인 도우미 불가)

 

  2) 대학원생

  - 대학원생 봉사장학금 운영 규칙에 의함

  - 직전학기 성적이 3.5 이상인 재학생

  - 교내 모든 봉사장학금과 중복 수혜 가능하나 외국인 유학생 도우미 및 강의운영보조장학금 중복 불가

 

  3) 유의사항

신청 마감 후, 자격 심사 및 면접을 통해 자격 미달인 학생은 선발하지 않음

 

 라. 신청 기간 및 방법

  1) 신청기간: 2026.3.13(금) 09:00 ~ 3.20(금) 12:00(오전)

  2) 신청방법: 온라인 신청 및 접수(26-1학기 유학생 도우미 프로그램 신청 - 腾讯问卷)

 

 마. 진행 절차

 1) 신청 마감 후, 도우미 지원자 면접 진행(3.23(월) 예정)

 2) 적격 심사 후 최종 선발된 도우미를 도움 받는 학생과 1:1 매칭

 3) 최종 선발자, 매칭 결과 및 활동 안내문 개별 공지

 4) 학기 중 전체 도우미 간담회 1회 진행

 5) 도우미 활동 진행 및 활동보고서 작성

 6) 활동 종료 후 활동보고서 제출(6.17(수)까지)

*Category C:

     International students who are on a leave of absence from their undergraduate course due to insufficient Korean language skills and are currently taking language courses at the Hongik International Language Education Center.

 

B. Helper Scholarship & Benefits

1)       Amount: Up to 600,000 KRW per person/semester (12,000 KRW per hour, up to a maximum of 50 hours).

2)       Payment Criteria: Scholarships are paid after a content review of the activity reports submitted during the activity period.

3)       Payment Timing: Based on the total activity hours recorded each semester, payment is made in a single lump sum at the end of the semester after activities have concluded.

4)       Overtime Policy: No payment will be made for hours exceeding the 50-hour limit. For undergraduate students, up to 15 hours of activity can be recognized as volunteer service hours.

5)       For Undergraduate Students: In accordance with University Scholarship Regulations (Article 15-2 and Article 17, Paragraph 1), the scholarship amount may exceed the total tuition for the current semester, and duplicate benefits (receiving this alongside other scholarships) are permitted.

6)       For Graduate Students: In accordance with Graduate School Scholarship Regulation Article 15-2, the scholarship amount may exceed the total tuition for the current semester, and duplicate benefits are permitted as this is classified as a "Service Scholarship."

7)       Special Additional Scholarship for Excellent Helpers:

-          An additional "Excellent Helper Special Scholarship" will be awarded to students who participate actively and sincerely.

-          Number of recipients: 5 students per semester.

-          Amount:300,000 KRW per person (paid separately and in addition to the standard Helper scholarship).

 

C. Eligibility for Helpers

• Undergraduate Students:
• Must not have been on academic probation or earned fewer than 15 credits in the previous semester.
• Students in extra semesters (beyond the normal duration of study) who are only paying partial tuition due to enrolling in fewer than 10 credits are ineligible to apply.
• Students on a leave of absence or under disciplinary action are ineligible.
• Freshmen/Transfer students in their first semester are ineligible.
• Restriction: You cannot participate if you are already a Helper for the Language Education Center or a Buddy for exchange students.
• Graduate Students:
• Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher from the previous semester.
• Cannot hold this position concurrently with a "Lecture Management Assistant Scholarship."

·         Important Notes (Caution)

-          After the application deadline, a qualification review and interview will be conducted; students who do not meet the requirements will not be selected.

E. Process

1)      Interviews for Helper applicants will be conducted after the application deadline (Scheduled for March 23, Monday).

2)      Final selection and 1:1 matching of Helpers with Helpees (students receiving help) after the eligibility review.

3)      Individual notification of final selection results, matching outcomes, and activity guidelines.

4)      One general meeting (gathering) for all Helpers will be held during the semester.

5)      Carry out Helper activities and write activity reports.

6)      Submission of activity reports after the program ends (Due by June 17, Wednesday).

2026-1学期外国留学生助学志愿者（도우미）项目申请指南

 

A. 志愿者（Helper）与受助学生（Helpee）分类

*标准C：

指入学时因韩国语能力不足而申请本科休学，目前正在弘益大学国际语言教育院进行语言研修的外国留学生

B. 志愿者奖学金及福利

1.     金额：每人每学期最高600,000 韩元 (时薪 12,000 韩元，最高 50 小时)。

2.     发放标准：对活动期间提交的活动报告书进行内容审核后发放奖学金。

3.     发放时间：根据每学期的实际活动时间，在活动结束后的学期末统一发放。

4.     超时政策：超过50小时的部分不予计薪。本科生可将活动时间认定为社会服务（志愿）时间，最高认可15小时。

5.     本科生规定：根据校内奖学金章程，该奖学金允许超过当学期学费总额，且允许与其他奖学金重复领取（重复受益）。

6.     研究生规定：根据研究生院章程，该奖学金属于“服务奖学金”，允许超过学费总额，且允许重复领取。

7.     优秀志愿者特别奖学金：

o    将选拔表现积极且诚实的志愿者发放“优秀志愿者特别奖学金”。

o    选拔人数：每学期 5 名。

o    金额：每人300,000 韩元 (在基础奖学金之外额外支付)。

C. 志愿者申请资格

·        本科生：

o    上学期受学业警告或取得学分不足15学分者不可申请。

o    延期毕业者（超过规定学期者），若因修读学分不足10学分而仅缴纳部分学费，则不可申请。

o    休学生（含预休学）或受处分者不可申请。

o    新生/插班生在入学后的第一个学期不可申请。

o    限制条件：不能同时担任语言教育院志愿者或交换生 Buddy。

·         研究生：

o    上学期平均绩点（GPA）需达到 3.5 或以上。

o    不可与“讲义运营辅助奖学金”同时兼任。

·         注意事项：申请截止后将进行资格审查和面试，不符合要求的学生将不予录用。

D. 申请期间及方式

1.     申请期间： 2026年3月13日 (五) 09:00 – 3月20日 (五) 12:00 (中午)

E. 进行流程

1.     申请截止后进行面试 (预计 3月23日周一)。

2.     资格审查后，最终选拔出的志愿者将与受助留学生进行1:1 匹配。

3.     个别通知最终选拔结果、匹配情况及活动指南。

4.     学期内将举行1 次全体志愿者座谈会。

5.     开展志愿者活动并撰写活动报告书。

6.     活动结束后提交报告书 (截止日期：6月17日周三)。
