변경 단체 접수를 진행합니다. 비자 변경을 희망하는 학생은 아래 내용 확인 후 비자 변경
신청을 하시기 바랍니다.
<D2비자 변경 신청 안내>
1. 대상자: 한국에 체류중이며, D4 → D2(D-2-2, D-2-3, D-2-4)로변경하고자
하는 신입생, 기준 C복학생(2026년 8월 28일 이후 만료자에 한함)
2. 제출 서류 확인 및 온라인 신청:

3. 신청 기간: 2026년 8월 18일(화) 9:00 ~
2026년 8월 21일(금) 18:00 (기한엄수)
★만약 기존 비자가 8월 28일
전에 만료되는 경우, 단체 접수 불가. 개별 변경 신청해야 합니다(출입국사무소 방문 예약 후 방문 또는 www.hikorea.go.kr을 통해 개별 신청).
★신청
기간 동안 신청하지 못한 학생은 개별 변경 신청하시기 바랍니다(단체접수 불가).
★비자 변경 기간 동안 절대 한국을 출국하면 안됩니다. 출국할 경우 한국에 재입국할 수 없으며, 비자를 다시 신청해야
합니다.

The International Student Support Office will conduct a group
application for visa status changes in August 2026. Students who wish to
change their visa status are advised to read the following information
carefully and submit their application accordingly.
<Guide for Change of Status to D-2 Visa>
1. Eligibility
- New
students and returning students under Category C who are currently staying in Koreaand wish to change their
visa status from D-4 to D-2 (D-2-2, D-2-3, or D-2-4).
- Applicants
whose current visa expires on or after August 28,
2026only.

3. Application Period
- 9:00,
Tuesday, August 18, 2026 – 18:00, Friday, August 21, 2026
- Late
applications will NOT be accepted.
Important Notices
★ If your current visa expires before August 28, 2026,
you cannot apply through the group application. You must apply
individually by either:
- Making
an appointment and visiting the Immigration Office, or
- Applying
online through HiKorea(www.hikorea.go.kr)
★ Students who fail to submit their application during the designated
period must apply individually. Group application will not be available
after the deadline.
★ Do NOT leave Korea while your
visa status change application is being processed.If you depart Korea during
this period, you may be denied re-entry and will be required to apply for a new
visa.

国际学生支援室将于2026年8月办理签证变更团体申请。希望办理签证变更的同学，请仔细阅读以下内容，并按要求申请签证变更。
<D-2签证变更申请通知>
1. 申请对象
- 目前居留在韩国，拟将签证由D-4变更为D-2（D-2-2、D-2-3、D-2-4） 的新生及C类复学生。
- 仅限当前签证有效期截至2026年8月28日（含）以后的学生申请。

3. 申请时间
- 2026年8月18日（星期二）09:00 ～ 2026年8月21日（星期五）18:00
- 请务必在规定时间内完成申请，逾期不予受理。
注意事项
★ 如现有签证于2026年8月28日之前到期，则不能参加团体申请，必须自行办理签证变更（预约后前往出入境管理事务所办理，或通过HiKorea（www.hikorea.go.kr） 在线申请）。
★ 未能在规定申请期间提交申请的学生，须自行办理签证变更，不可参加团体申请。
★ 签证变更申请办理期间，严禁离开韩国。 如在此期间出境，可能会被拒绝再次入境韩国，并需重新申请签证。
