2020학년도2학기코로나19 휴학신청안내

 

코로나19지속확산으로인하여 2020학년도 2학기코로나19 휴학을시행하고자하오니,

대상자에해당하는학생들은아래내용을숙지하시어기간신청하시기바랍니다.

 

1. 대상자

   입국불가자입국예정일이확정되지않고비자발급이지연되어국내입국이불가한학생

   출국불가자2020학년도 2학기수강신청시작(2020.08.24.()) 이후해외교환학생이취소되어 본교로복학이어려운학생

   코로나19 확진자에해당하는학생

 

2. 신청방법

   접수방법 : 이메일(hakjuk@hongik.ac.kr)붙임 1휴학원서사유서증빙서류접수(클래스넷신청불가함)

    코로나19 휴학원서사유서양식를직접작성하여스캔파일제출요망

    이메일수신일자를휴학접수일로처리함

    접수된건은순차적으로휴학처리하며처리완료개별적으로메일회신예정

  접수기간 : 2020.08.24.()~2020.08.28.() (2020학년도 2학기일반휴학신청기간과동일)

   - 2020학년도 2학기신입생은학기개시일휴학처리가불가하므로일반휴학추가신청기간 (9셋째예정,

     정확한일정추후공지)접수

   - 확진자의경우 2020학년도 2학기상시적으로휴학접수가능

  대상자별증빙서류

   - 입국불가자 : 출입국기록조회비자발급불가증빙항공권취소내용

   - 출국불가자 : 교환학생취소통보내용항공권취소내용

   - 확진자 : 코로나19 확진판정진단서



3. 학적처리

  코로나19 휴학접수 일반휴학처리함.

  확진자등록금반환을희망하는학생에한하여질병휴학처리가능함.

 

4. 특이사항

  코로나19 휴학은휴학횟수에산입함.

  코로나19 휴학은 1 1학기만신청가능함. (2학기(1신청불가)

  2020학년도신입생, 2020학년도 2학기재입학생은학칙상 2020학년도 2학기일반휴학이불가하나코로나19 사유에 

    한하여 일반휴학을허용함.

  휴학횟수(6학기)만료된경우코로나19 사유에한하여 2020학년도 2학기일반휴학을허용함.

  2020학년도 1학기코로나19 휴학신청학생 2020학년도 1학기신입생편입생재입학생의경우반드시복학하여야
   한다고안내하였으나코로나19 사유에한하여 2020학년도 2학기까지휴학기간연장가능함.

  2020학년도 2학기신입생은개강일(2020.09.01.())이후휴학신청가능함.

 

5. 코로나19 휴학과등록금

  2020학년도 2학기등록금납부코로나19 휴학(일반휴학신청등록금은복학학기로이월되며반환처리하지않음.

  확진자학기수업일수 2분의 1이상경과한이후코로나19 휴학(일반휴학)신청하는경우납부한등록금을복학학기       이월하지않으며복학등록금전액을다시납부하여야.

  확진자질병휴학을신청한경우 「대학등록금에관한규칙」  6조에의거하여등록금을반환함.

Application information regarding COVID-19 related leave of absence for the 2nd semester of 2020

 
Due to COVID-19
s continuous spread,
 related leave of absence will be enforced in the 2nd semester of 2020.

So the corresponding students should carefully read through the information below and apply within the application period.

 

1. Subject Groups

   Restricted Entry : Students who have not scheduled a date of entry, causing visa issuance delay.

   Restricted Departure : Students who had their foreign exchange cancelled after the 2nd semesters period for course registration (2020.08.24), causing difficulty in returning to school

   Confirmed Patient : Students tested positive with COVID-19

 

2. Application Method

   Method of Admission : Submit Attachment 1 (Application for leave of absence & reason) and documentary evidence through email(hakjuk@hongik.ac.kr) (No application through Classnet)

    It is required to submit a scanned file of Attachment 1 (print it out and fill in by hand)

    The received date of the email will be processed as the date of enrollment for leave of absence

    The received leave of absence cases will be processed successively

  Application Period : 2020.08.24(Mon)~2020.08.28(Fri) (Same period as the general leave of absence applications for the second semester of 2020)

   - Freshmen cannot apply for leave of absence before the beginning of the semester, thus they must apply during the additional application period (scheduled for the third week of September, exact schedule will be announced later)

   - In the case of confirmed patients application for leave of absence is accepted continuously during the second semester of 2020

  Appropriate Documentary Evidence per subject group

   - Restricted Entry : Immigration record & evidence of inability to issue visa, flight cancellation details etc.

   - Restricted Departure : Cancellation of exchange program contents of notice, flight cancellation details etc.

   - Confirmed Patient : Medical certificate for positive diagnosis of COVID-19

 

3. Academic processing

  When applying for COVID-19 related leave of absence, it will be processed as general leave of absence.

  However, students who have tested positive and wish for return of tuition fee can request process of a sick leave of absence.

 

4. Notes

  COVID-19 related leave of absence will not be counted separately from the total leave of absence count.

  It is only possible to apply for COVID-19 related leave of absence one time/one semester. (Not possible to apply for 2 semesters(1 year))

  Due to school regulations, 2020 years freshmen and readmitted students for second semester of 2020 cannot apply general leave of absence for the second semester of 2020. However, it is possible to apply for a general leave of absence due to COVID-19.

  In case a students number of leave of absences(6 semesters) has run out, it is possible to apply for a general leave of absence due to COVID-19.

  It was informed that students who applied for COVID-19 related leave of absence for the first semester of 2020 and were either freshmen, transfer or readmitted students must return to school, however it is possible to extend the period for leave of absence due to COVID-19 until the second semester.

  2020s second semester freshmen can apply for leave of absence after the beginning of the semester (2020.09.01(Tue)).

 

5. COVID-19 related leave of absence & tuition fee

  If a student applies for COVID-19 related leave of absence(general leave of absence) after paying tuition for the second semester of 2020, the tuition will be carried over to the return semester.

  Students who have been confirmed positive and apply for COVID-19 related leave of absence(general leave of absence) after half of class days have passed, the paid tuition fee will not be carried over to the return semester, and must pay the tuition fee again when returning to school.

  Students who have been confirmed positive and apply for a sick leave from school will according to clause 6 College Tuition Regulations have the tuition fee returned.
