안녕하세요, 홍익대학교 유학생위원회 입니다.
홍익대학교 유학생위원회는 2018년 9월에 설립이 되었고, 전체 홍익대학교 재학 중 유학생과 한국 학생 간의 관계촉진과 유학생의 이익보장을 위해 설립한 기구입니다.
현재 홍익대학교 재학생 중 약 980명이 외국인 유학생으로, 홍익대학교의 외국인 유학생 비율은 매해 증가하고 있으며 앞으로도 이 추세가 지속할 것으로 보입니다.
그러나 외국인 유학생들의 수업 및 자치활동 참여도는 그 비율에 비해 적게 느껴지고, 코로나 사태로 인해 이런 상황은 더욱 심각해졌습니다.
이로 인해 한국 재학생들 같은 경우에는 외국인 유학생과의 소통 문제로 인해 발생하는 서로 간에 대한 선입견과 제도적 요인으로 인한 학교생활의 불편함이 있습니다. 또한 코로나로 인해 유학생들도 학업 문제 등 더욱 다양한 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 그리하여 유학생회원회에서는 다양한 사업 활동을 통해 우리 능력 범위 안에서 이런 문제점을 해결하고자 합니다.
한국인 학생들과 외국인 학생들의 소통 징검다리가 되고 외국인 유학생들의 권익을 보장하기 위해 열심히 하겠습니다.
[활동 소개]
1. 유학생 채널 개설
카카오 플러스 친구, 인스타그램
저희는 인스타그램을 통해 교내활동, 학과 활동, 비자 일정 등 관련한 공지를 제시할 것입니다. 그리고 카카오 플러스 친구의 익명성을 통해 전체 유학생의 질문을 답변할 것입니다. ( 유학생 채널 추가는 홍보 포스터에 참고해주세요)
그리고, 유학생 채널을 추가하신 학생분들께서 추첨을 통해 스타벅스 커피와 케이크 세트를 지급할것입니다.

2. 유학생 대표
현재 홍익대학교 중국인 유학생을 제외한 나머지 나라에서 온 유학생 대표를 선정하고자 합니다. 유학생 대표선정은 교내 활동 및 생활, 공지사항 등 다양한 정보를 빠르게 취득할수 있게 하는 것입니다. 또한, 저희 능력 범위 내에 어려움을 해결해주고자 합니다.
현재 유학생 대표를 모집 중이니 많은 신청 부탁드립니다)
3. 유학생과 한국 학생 간의 교류 촉진
현재 코로나로 인해 많은 친목 활동을 진행 못 하고 있지만, 추후 유학생위원들과 유학생대표와 함께 회의를 진행해 더 좋은 활동을 만들 수 있게 계획할 것입니다.

Hello, we are the Hongik University International Student Committee.
Hongik University International Student Committee was established in September 2018.
Our goal is to help international students connect with Korean students. Through the establishment of this organization we hope to assist international students as they adapt to life at Hongik University.
I haven't been able to participate in many of the activities that the International Student Council offers. However, moving forward I would like to participate in all the different activities and help make international students aware of what the university has to offer.
[I would like to introduce the following activities:]
1. International students through social media.
Creating a KakaoTalk Channel and a instagram account.
On Instagram, we will make posts about school events, activities, and scholarship opportunities for international students. And through the privacy of KakaoTalk Channel, we will help you with any issues or questions you may have. In addition, we will have a Starbucks coffee and cake sets giveaway to a select amount of students who have added the international students channel.

2. International student representative
Currently, we will be selecting representatives from all countries except Hongik University Chinese students. (Since more than 90% of Chinese students are studying abroad at Hongik University we have decided to select Chinese student representatives separately. Please contact us if you have any questions.)
The selection of representatives for international students allows international students to easily obtain information about Hongik University. Such as school activities, student life, and other announcements. We will work to the best of our abilities to assist international students with any issues or questions they may have.

3. Promote exchange between international students and Korean students
Currently, we are not able to do many social activities due to COVID 19, but we will hold a meeting with representatives of international students in the future to plan fun activities.

弘益大学留学生委员会成立于2018年9月， 以促进全体在弘益大学学习的各国留学生与韩国本土学生的关系以及保障留学生的基本利益。
现在弘益大学在校生中约有980名是外国留学生，弘益大学的外国留学生比率每年都在增加，预计今后这一趋势还会持续下去。
但是，外国留学生的授课及校内活动的参与度相比其比率较少，因新冠疫情，这种情况变得更加严重。
因此，韩国在校生因与外国留学生之间的沟通问题而产生的对彼此间的成见和制度性因素导致学校生活的不便。
另外，由于新冠肺炎疫情，留学生也面临学业等一系列困难。 所以留学生会员会通过各种事业活动来解决我们能力范围之内的问题。
例如： 各项校内学士通知， 关于学生政策通知，韩中学生交流活动等
为了成为韩国学生与外国学生沟通的桥梁，所以今年我们打算通过多项留学生活动从而促进全体留学生的在校活动，人际关系，以及集体利益。

1. 开设留学生专属通知账号

我们会通过인스타그램 去进行关于学校活动，学士活动，签证日期， 等多种通知。然后在利用카카오 플러스 친구的匿名性去解答全体留学生的疑惑。（添加官网的方式请参照宣传海报）
我们会对添加官网的留学生进行抽签送星巴克咖啡&蛋糕-请多多参加

2. 选拔留学生课代表
留学生课代表设立是为了帮助各位在校留学生能更好的适应校内生活和及时了解到本系的各项学生通知等， 并会在我们能力范围之内为大家解决或解答各项学士问题。
我们还会不定期的进行会议去商讨关于留学生的活动或需要改善的地方。
*我们现在正在招募每科的科代表，请大家踊跃报名，希望通过我们的共同努力可以让全体在校留学生留下一个美好的校园生活！
3. 留学生与韩国学生的交流促进
因为疫情的原因举行亲睦活动多有不便，以后我们有意向和弘益大学中国学联联合创办活动，详细内容日后通知。
